A new and colourful painting of Mari. Goldie is back home, but the vet tells us that she has lymphoplasmacytic inflammatory bowel disease, and for the moment at least, we are to be trying her on a special diet to try to relieve the problem. Fingers crossed that it helps

Gold and Mari are in the vet hospital today - Gold is getting tests on her insides to try to sort out her stomach problems. I'll post news about her when I hear.

Goldie is a little unwell again, still with an upset stomach. Both kittens are getting used to the garden, and have already climbed over the new fencing.

A new background for this beautiful little kitten

I do all my paintings from photographs, and the quality really is important - the clearer, in-focus, and close-up the picture, the more chance I have of getting a good result! I always say to people that if they're not happy with the end result when I send them a small print of the final work, then they don't need to go ahead with the commission.I've just completed commissions for cat-lovers in the United States, Mexico, and Switzerland, as well as many here in Britain.I work in pastels and designer gouache, and produce artworks on Artists' Cartridge paper.
